New family-friendly cottage Rauland with panoramic views

We rent our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking possibilities in the summer and winter. In the winter you can buckle up at the cabin and exit the trail network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the slopes of Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will get to nice sandy beaches at Totak. More hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, wood for firing and cleaning. Newly renovated plinth apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden cabin area. There is a small cabin field with a good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cottage as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the fridge with shelf life. With its proximity to Hardangervidda national park, it is one of the most popular areas in southern Norway. Nearby peaks are more than 1,500 meters, there are many deep river valleys, and hundreds of small and large fishing lakes, small and large game, berries, mushrooms and various cultural traditions. All this mean that many people form strong and long-lasting ties to this mountain village.

Summer: the cabin is 1 min from the lake just walking distance at the back of the main house. We have sitting area by the lake and sitting area by the small river (this is nearest to the cabin). Feel free to choose. Winter: The cottage is a 20 mins drive to Rauland Ski Center. You can also ski on the frozen lake. Cross country is also a possibility near the area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Has access to lake. Great way to spend your summer.

Accommodation in Høydalsmo in scenic surroundings

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Private lawn and fire pit. Approximately 100-150 m from the house you have access to a swimming area, boat, volleyball court, playground and football field. Roller ski slope of 1 km and ski slopes of 2, 3, 5, 10 and 25 km just below the house. Joker, gas station and cafeteria with pub within walking distance. The place is about 20-30 min from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord.

Yoursome life. The cranes have a landing here on their way into their nesting areas. Medieval "prestvegen" goes past the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the bathing beach with large B. Sun from midday.
