Exterior seating on all sides. Road access all the way and possibility of charging an electric car on the plug. Jacuzzi that holds 40 degrees year round. Beautiful sauna. Boat from Easter, 2 kayaks and a paddleboard.

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find beach on the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going great hikes. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The apartment is suitable for families who want a holiday weekend, a week or just need accommodation for a night. 25 min to Dyreparken, 15 min to Åros camping with a pool and great Beach. Høllen also has a fantastic swimming beach for both young and old which is located right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park Høyt and Lavt. Also suitable for commuters if you want a furnished cozy home for a shorter period of time.

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.
