Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Modern holiday home in Søgne in Kristiansand completed in 2022. Although the cabin is 150 meters from the beach, you can glimpse the sea from the terrace. The cabin is also suitable for good sun conditions, so here you can enjoy late summer evenings on the terrace. We have built a brand new spa/bathing facility in the condominium that you get free access to, which is open all year. The facility includes a sauna, hot tub and swimming pool. This is right next to the cabin, less than 1 minute to walk.

The cabin is cozy, with the sea right outside the door, also got loads of hiking trails and parks nearby. 15 min walk to a lake, where there is a beach. 5 min walk to a grosery shop it is 30 min drive to Kristiandsand zoo. (dyreparken) Boat is ruind. May borrow boat of naboers on reguest ask if availble. Boat can be rented 1500kr ,- first day 500,- efter minimum 3 days. Ask if it is available.
