Heating in all floors, electricity is billed according to consumption, within walking distance to the town center. 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60 and 1.40). Quiet/charming neighborhood. Parking on the property. Bed linen/towels must be brought. Final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant. ATTENTION allergy sufferers, dogs/cats allowed, two cats live outside.

Cosy flat with parking in a neighbourhood close to the city centre

Well-designed, small accommodation with a location close to the city center and views of the city. It is 1.2 km (about 16 minutes) to walk from/to Jernbanen. It is a 1.7 km (about 23 min) walk to USN. Bus stop is just below the apartment. There are two bus lines that both go to Drammen Sentrum. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The field with hiking opportunities, swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Central Station.

Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.
