Ideal für Familien oder befreundete Paare, die Natur, Ruhe und Komfort suchen.

Soludden, with its own lake plot!

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind quiet space. Soludden is a brand new built villa with its own beach plot and three docks to choose from for swimming and fishing. Here you can relax and recharge in a private location with only forest and lake as your closest neighbor. A rowing boat is moored at one of the docks. On the terrace you have the best view of the lake and sometimes it can come by the occasional small boat. Some days the pocket will come and do their long dives.

Swedish house in Småland - In the forest and in the middle of it

We found our dream house and would like to share it with you! Completely renovated with love and an eye for detail, so you can feel at home. The perfect starting point to explore Småland, Öland and the glass empire. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the daily necessities. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Smaland at its best.

Typical Swedish vacation home, Stuga - Smaland

I am renting a small holiday home in Smaland (36495 Älghult). It is only a few hundred meters from the lake where there is a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area. Fishing is also possible in this and other nearby lakes. There is only one other house across the street, which is only inhabited in summer. The house is about 50 sqm and sleeps 4 (2 double beds). It is lovingly decorated, we live in it ourselves!

This special place has a cozy Swedish style. The recently renovated holiday house offers space for 2 persons on approx. 50 m². Location is quiet with a large yard. The house is furnished with shower room/toilet, a kitchen as well as living room and bedroom. The house is bright and can be heated with a modern heat pump if needed. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach over an idyllic, romantic forest path.

Cottage right on the lake

Our Swedish house can accommodate 6 guests. Here you will find 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms, a modern kitchen and a modern bathroom. In the conservatory, you can enjoy the lake view, or sit in the living room in front of the fireplace. We have our own jetty at the end of the garden, from where you can get very close to the lake. Directly from our property, you can get to some beautiful walking trails.

Then you have found the right house for you. In Torpet you have a house on two floors with about 60 kmv in total which is framed with forest and fields as the nearest neighbor.
