A few hundred meters away there is a wind shelter with a barbecue area by a pond. Wood-fired sauna next to barbecue area can be rented for an additional fee.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen and sheets and towels are included. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen center, there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop, etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.
