The modern kitchen and inviting living room are situated in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a step ladder, you get up to the cozy sleeping loft that is equipped with two adjacent 90cm beds. Warmly welcome.

A kitchen with re-created pearl wall, induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher. A bedroom with original wallpaper from the 1920s furnished with a double bed. A simple sleeping alcove with Hästen bed. Throughout wooden floors in original and preserved charm. On the ground floor, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Parking is included.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. You can easily get to the city center or the harbor via the beach promenade, bike path or car. The apartment has an open plan with a large double bed, sofa bed & extra beds if needed.
