On the west coast of Tjörn, you will find this two-story house with proximity to saltwater swimming. The house is next to our house. Upstairs: a double bed, sofa bed, single bed and a junior bed. Bed linens and towels are not included. Downstairs, a double bedroom, kitchen and living room with TV. Tjörn has many sights and beautiful small islands to visit. The house is close to a well-stocked grocery store with, among other things, a fish shop, as well as a pharmacy, STC and health center. It is 50 kilometers to Gothenburg where you can also take the bus. Welcome!

The cottage is about 70 sqm of which 2 bedrooms, 4 sleeping places. goes more if desired. Large deck with outdoor furniture. Parking outside. The sea & swimming area is about a 5-minute walk. The place itself is simple but the essentials and plenty of living space Approx. 40 min from Gbg centre. About 10 min from Stenungsund and shopping center. About 5 minutes to Ica Almö Livs which has most of it. There is also STC , medical center

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine.
