Residential neighborhood, quiet, spacious, with easy free parking and well connected. Bus stop in front of the house. Hospital and supermarket very close by on foot.

El estudio está ubicado en un edificio histórico construido en los primeros años del siglo XX y forma parte del conjunto monumental de la Plaza de España. Ha sido completamente reformado y esta totalmente equipado. Tiene 27m2 y cuenta con una sala de estar-dormitorio (con sofá cama), area de comedor, cocina y baño.
