Hi! My name is Jennifer, and I’ve lived here for 20 years. When driving to the top of the ridge on my battery powered golf cart, I saw a beautiful coyote run in front of me. This campsite is named for the exact spot that I saw my first coyote here. Haven’t seen one in person since that day, but hear them occasionally. This is a cozy spot to get away and reconnect with God and nature. It’s next to the dead end with no traffic. You will be surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. Great views!

#3 Acorn Oaks ~ campsites, picnic tables, fire pit
Acorn Oaks feels like its own little world in the forest. It’s one of the larger campsites here at Peaceful Hills Retreat as it has three picnic tables. You will see the gorgeous view into the valley as you camp on the level campsite near the firepit. choose this campsite if you want to disconnect from the world, and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature as cell signal is not available at this campsite. Simply take a little hike or drive to the top of the ridge and you’ll get signal.

#2 Sunny Shire, A Beautiful Idyllic Spot To Picnic
Discover this special campsite! It has a large fire pit, a picnic table, and two chairs. The campsite is secluded and there are no neighboring sites within sight. The sounds of nature are all around you here. Say goodbye to the noisy city life and get away in this wooded campsite to relax and unplug. If you do need to check in with friends or family, there is free wifi at the host's home parking lot. Water comes from the rock here, and the creek is usually crystal clear!
