The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountain climbing village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lien Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a magnificent secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Centrally located in beautiful Gailtal with direct proximity to Presseggersee (3 km), to Carinthia's largest Nassfeld ski resort, to the border triangle Austria - Slovenia - Italy. Numerous hiking opportunities right outside the front door. The apartment has a large living/dining room with balcony, fantastic views and pull-out couch for two, one bedroom (bed 140 cm x 200 cm), bathroom and small kitchen.

Op warme zomeravonden is het terras met zitgelegenheid de perfecte plek om de dag af te sluiten. Vanuit het chalet kunnen mooie wandelingen gemaakt worden.
