In short: secluded location, high-quality renovation, mountain views, quiet location, numerous hiking opportunities directly from the house, ski resort nearby. The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Lage: ruhig, 2 Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Hermagor, Wanderwege vor dem Haus oder auf den umliegenden Almen, Presseggersee oder die Talstation Nassfeld in 10 Minuten und der Weißensee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Schans Appartements is a fantastically located apartment house, with 3 studio's, each suitable for 2-3 pax. The phenomenal panorama view, spacious garden and modern, cozy apartments make this accommodation unique. All apartments have been renovated and have a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, spacious living / sleeping area and balcony. The house is located on a hill, just above the city centre of Hermagor (3-5 min.) The quiet area and amazing view makes sure this will be THE perfect get away!

FeWo Sonnenschein

Quiet location and yet ideal as a starting point for numerous leisure activities. Kurhotel with indoor pool and sauna as well as an outdoor swimming pool are located right next to our house. The attic apartment (as well as the whole old house from the 60s) was completely renovated at the end of 2015 and has about 85m² with two bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room, ideal for families with children. Large garden with old "Kesn" and fruit trees invites you to play, enjoy and relax.

Experience pure relaxation in our cozy chalet near Hermagor – just minutes from the Nassfeld ski area! In summer, you can enjoy fantastic hikes and crystal-clear lakes like Lake Presseggersee and Lake Weissensee. In winter, your skiing adventure starts right at the nearby Nassfeld valley station. The warm wooden Chalet accommodates up to 6 people in three bedrooms and enchants with its alpine charm and welcoming atmosphere. There is Free Parking on the property.

There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people (sofa bed is available). Pets are also welcome. However, the property can only be reached via a metal staircase. The apartment is located in a year-round tourist area with beautiful views and a quiet location.

Wonderful mountain hut experience in Nassfeld

A dreamlike, rustic ski hut in the middle of the Alpine paradise Nassfeld - one of the largest and most snow-sure ski areas in Austria. In winter, you strap on your skis directly from the hut to the piste next door or sled down the toboggan run, which is also right around the corner. In summer, you will discover idyllic hiking routes, mountain bike trails, via ferratas, mountain lakes and waterfalls. Relaxation and unforgettable experiences are guaranteed!

Carinthian alpine hut with sea view - tranquility/hunting/fishing

Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht auf der Markierung, sondern sind es von dort noch zirka 10 KM auf die Alm; dafür wird ein geländegängiger Kraftwagen gebraucht; natürlich kann man nach Absprache und Möglichkeit auch von uns rauf gebracht werden; ab Anfang Juli bis Ende August befinden sich Kühe auf der Alm; da die Kühe von einem Hirten versorgt werden, ist auch dieser in dieser Zeit auf der Alm, wobei er natürlich in seiner eigenen Hütte wohnt.

Mit insgesamt 111qm Wohnfläche bietet Ihnen das Chalet Gailtal Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und ein offen gestalteter Wohn-/ Essbereich bieten Ihnen mit über 6m Raumhöhe genügend Freiraum für einen perfekten Urlaub. Rund 30qm lassen Sie die Zeit, bei einem Blick auf den Harnischen Hauptkamm vergessen. Ein Kamin und eine Außensauna sorgen für angenehme Wärme, wenn Sie nach einem anstrengenden Skitag nach Hause kommen.

Welcome in our Guesthouse, The Nassfeld ski area is about 9 km from the guest house away. Cross- country ski track less meters from the apartment (depends on snow conditions) -Fantastic hiking / climbing tours in the Alps. -Cycling trails & MTB trails through the Alps. -Lakes near the Guesthouse : "Weißensee" (60 min), "Presseggersee"(30min), as well as the natural jewel "Garnitzenklamm"(20min).
