The cabin is completely for itself with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

About 35 minutes to Evje, Mineralparken, climbing park, go-karting. 10 minutes to Bjelland center, Joker groceries, Bjelland gasoline, Adventure Norway, rafting+++

Idyllic annex with a view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Åneslandsvannet while you are still in bed. Take a morning bath just below the annex and listen to the birds singing. Perhaps a canoe ride might tempt you? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a fire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room, there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is an option to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/the seashore can be arranged with the host.
