This delightful cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for those looking to explore both the East Coast and the rolling hills of the Wolds. Sleeping up to 5 adults in 3 bedrooms this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, underfloor heating, log burner. Patio looking over the fields and a garden shed for bike storage. Bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a pub serving food in the village and a farm shop and cafe at Sledmere house which is a 5 min walk away.

The cottage is all on the ground floor, has its own beautiful private garden and parking for 1 car. Directions it is in the village of Foxholes please turn into Cottage Farm off the main road and Elm tree cottage is in the far left hand corner of the forecourt just up the 2 large steps , you will see the cottage sign.
