Find your earnings

Want to quickly understand how much money you’re making or projected to make? Check the status of your payouts in your Earnings dashboard.

Where to find your earnings

To review your earnings, go to Today > Menu and select Earnings. The Earnings dashboard shows your current month’s earnings, paid and upcoming payouts, and reports.

The Earnings dashboard also features an interactive performance chart. Click Performance on desktop or tap View more details on mobile to access your earnings performance through monthly and yearly views, plus filter by listing and compare prior years and future projections.

Earnings performance

Go to Performance and track your earnings trends year-over-year and compare seasonal performance with the Earnings comparison. Use the filters to switch layouts from monthly to yearly and browse earnings by listings.

Under Performance, you can find a breakdown of your earnings by:

• Summary: The total amount you’ve earned for each reservation that year or month. It includes a Paid breakdown of any service fees, taxes or other deductions and your net total earnings. It also displays Performance stats based on past nights booked and average night stay.
• Earnings comparison: Compare current earnings with past earnings performance from a chart or table view. Click on the Display future earnings toggle to include confirmed bookings.
• Earnings by listing: Rank your listings by paid earnings performance for selected monthly and yearly periods.

Upcoming earnings

Click Upcoming on desktop to find pending transactions from the Earnings dashboard or tap View all upcoming on mobile to get a full list.

You can filter upcoming transactions by date, listing and earnings type, search for specific transactions using the reservation confirmation code or payout amount and export earnings to a spreadsheet.

Open a specific transaction to review transaction details, along with the date it is scheduled to be sent and how the payout was calculated. You can also change the payout method for all payouts for a reservation by selecting Change your payout method.

When you’ll get paid

When you get paid depends on the length of your guest’s stay, your payout method’s processing time and whether or not you’re a new host. We’ll update you when your payouts are sent. Learn more about when you’ll get your payout.

Paid earnings

Click Paid on desktop to find complete payout transactions from the Earnings dashboard or tap View all paid on mobile to get a full list.

Select each row to review earnings details, including reservation information, adjustments and cancellation details. You can also select a bulk of transactions to export your earnings to a spreadsheet.

If you have multiple listings with reservations that start on the same day, earnings may be paid out together, which will be displayed in a single row.

If you owe a guest money for a cancellation or reservation change, you can track it in your Earnings dashboard. Learn more about what an adjustment on your earnings means.
