How do I contact a guest who’s going on my experience?

Once your experience is published on Airbnb, guests can instantly book any dates you’ve made available on your calendar.

When they do, you’ll get a confirmation email with the names and the number of guests booked under each reservation. There, you’ll find a link to message them through the Airbnb app.

We recommend sending a message to your guests to introduce yourself, get to know them beforehand, and answer any questions they may have. Once you’ve done a few instances, you’ll be able to automate this message.
