A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

Our house dates back to the 19th century and is located on Calle Molino, one of the oldest streets in Bullas. We have restored it respecting its original system and adding the latest amenities to achieve a pleasant stay. We have tried to combine tradition and modernity.

The decor is very modern, cheerful and bright. It is a modern loft, very well equipped, with a garage on the lower floor. It consists of a living room-kitchen, toilet, one bedroom, laundry room, terrace and parking. Ideal for work, with WiFi, and a large desk.
