From here you can enjoy magnificent views of fantastic mountains and lakes, as well as experience the spectacular light we have in the north, all year round. Welcome to our charming cottage down by the lake on Kvaløya. The cabin contains everything you need for a stay and is a nice base for a visit to northern Norway. Perfect for those who want a simple place to stay. • The cabin has a small kitchen with fridge, stove and kettle. • Double bed • Kitchen table with 2 chairs • Heating stove • Water cans on the sink and 5 liters of cold drinking water in the fridge. • Compost toilet • Table with bench outside where you can sit outside and enjoy the quiet nature.

Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

That's why we offer you free rental of bicycles, snowshoes, canoes, firewood, barbecues and kayak for those with experience. The apartment is on the first floor and has large windows. It is in the nature surrounded by the ocean, white coral beaches, islets and reefs, you can see this trough the apartment windows. Park right outsidee and indside you really have everything you might need.

You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

The cabin is situated on the roof of the tunnel to Malangen and just by the seaside. The living room has great windows that give you a feeling of being outside when are sitting warm and comfortably inside. Perfect for spotting for the northern lights. The cabin has three large bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything is ready for you to have a great stay just outside amazing Tromsø.
