It is located on the 7th floor (elevator to the 6th floor) with living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and small bathroom with shower/sink/toilet. Kitchenware, bed linen and towels are provided. With enclosed parking around the corner (maximum entrance height 2.05 m). Close to the beach and city center. Shops, tram stops and train station within walking distance. Ideal for your seaside vacation! Parties are prohibited!

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building “Heistvliet” (elevator available) along the coastline. The apartment is located in a family friendly neighborhood. This is the place to relax and renew your energy. We promise you a great weekend, a relaxing week or even for a longer period a warm stay in a fully furnished flat.

Een echt strand-appartement werkelijk op 20m van het strand over de blue buddha strandbar. Zeer centraal gelegen op het mooiste stukje van Duinbergen, vlakbij Anemos zeilclub en de duinen. Restaurants op 50m, Supermarkt op 100m, minigolf en petanque op 200m. Het appartement is recent gebouwd.

The price ,as determined when booking the stay ,includes the use of accommodation and furniture as well as consumption ( water, gas, electricity, telecom...) . 90% of the price for apartment rental and 10% for furniture rental. No services . No groups of young people .
