Shop and bus stop 5 minutes away. Nice hiking opportunities in the area, and 20 min. walk down to the sea. Approx. 10 min drive by car to the city center. 2nd floor apartment with a private entrance. Bright and spacious interior. 3 large bedrooms with a double bed, as well as possibilities for two beds on a sofa bed. Cot in one bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. Large and cozy living room and kitchen. Walking distance to the city mark with trail trails connected with Granåsen and the rest of Bymarka. Bus to the city center with frequent departures right down the street, and walking distance to the train station. Access to large parking area.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

Nice basement apartment centrally located at Heimdal in Trondheim. Here you have all you need for a short or long stay. Always completed required clean and comfortable bedding. Freshly laundered Towels are also ready. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity and free parking in the street. Grocery store 500m away. Restaurants, shops and wine monopoly in walking distance. Free internet. Earlier check in possible on request.

Moderne og behagelig leilighet fra 2020. Gratis parkeringsplass. To flotte soverom med dobbeltsenger, godt utstyrt kjøkken, hjørnesofa, Samsung Smart-TV (2024), tørketrommel, vaskemaskin, gulvvarme og sørvendt balkong med utsikt mot Vassfjellet. 6 minutter gange til metrobuss. Hyppige avganger til for eksempel Trondheim sentrum eller kjøpesentrene på Tiller. Flotte turmuligheter med nærhet til natur og Bymarka.

Brand new apartment that was completed in the summer of 2023. It is a modern apartment located in a central location. There is a short way to public transport 2 minutes walking distance to both train and bus. In the living room there is a TV, with TV box and Chromecast. 1 bedroom, with a double bed (180x200). Duvets and pillows as well as bed linen are included. It is possible to sleep on the sofa.
