Located in the heart of Gokulam, Mysuru, this three bedroom independent house was our family home before we shifted to our organic farm. The large common spaces, the warmth of the Athangudi tiles and the proximity of restaurants, commerce, yoga centers and services make it an ideal space for large families or groups of friends / colleagues. All the bedrooms are Air Conditioned and have an attached bathroom. While being very well connected, the house is tucked away in a tranquil neighbourhood.

Banni Home, gracefully sits along the banks of the River Cauvery, is named after sacred Banni tree present in the heart of the property. In the local language Kannada, the word "Banni" means "Welcome," symbolizing the warmth and hospitality you’ll experience at this eco-minimalist stay. Banni home is thoughtfully built with natural, locally sourced materials, Cob walls of mud and lime, mud plastering, and natural paints showcase the skills of local artisans while honoring ancient techniques.

Welcome to our fully furnished 1 bedroom home. This private house includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a combined living room + kitchen area. We can accommodate up to 3 guests. The entrance to the house is on the first floor. Please note that we don’t have power backup. In case of power cut, one fan and light will work. But the entire house does not have power backup.

This spacious, clean and tastefully furnished first floor house offers a comfy and convenient base for seeing Mysore. Street car parking in front of our house is available.
