This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

The house is in a wooded area, with a view of two rivers in winter and woods view in summer. There is a large deck for sunset views that guests are welcome to use. Nearby is the Shore Road where one can walk along the river or put a kayak or canoe in. A half-hour north is a fine dining restaurant and art gallery. Woodstock has a few varied restaurants and a cafe downtown, a craft beer and a restaurant pub, community centre with free indoor walking/running track.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
