Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We rent our natural property near Rheinsberg - almost 100 km from Berlin. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

This wonderful new 120 m² loft/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay.
