Aux portes de Paris sur les coteaux de Sèvres au sein d'une propriété de 700 m2, cette maisonnette de 25m2 pour 2 personnes maximum et son jardin privatif de 100 m2 offre un bel environnement de verdure, calme et lumière à 10-15 mn seulement du métro Ligne 9 (Trocadéro, Champs Élysées, Opéra...) , du Tram T2 (la Défense, porte de Versailles direct), des trains vers les gares Montparnasse et Saint Lazare. Bus direct pour le Château de Versailles. Pas de tabac et/ou autres, pas d'animaux acceptés.

Charming studio, quiet, refurbished, for 4 people, ideal for family with 2 children. Single-story. Host's house 50 m higher. 1 bed 140 cm + a double bed on the mezzanine (children over 6 years old). Fully equipped, with Wi-Fi. 50 m from the Parc de la Vallée-aux-Loups, giving access to the magnificent Chatenay Arboretum. Direct access also to the Maison Chateaubriand. Tram T10 100 m away RER B Robinson (for Paris) 10 minutes' drive Walking distance to local shops.

Nestled in the heart of a preserved and quiet neighborhood, the Guest House (40 m2) welcomes you for a peaceful stay close to Paris, Versailles and the forest of Meudon. You will find all the comforts you need to rest, with a touch of ecology (organic products, green energy, recycling). The accommodation is located at the back of a garden and is completely independent (private entrance). You will therefore be totally at home, even if our house is semi-detached.

Cozy cottage, independent with luxurious bathroom, separate toilet, large entrance and terrace. Located in a very quiet residential area, you will have all the amenities of the city center with its shops and RER train station located just 6/8 minutes' walk away. From the station, it's very easy to get to Paris Champs-Elysées (17 minutes). Total independence to make yourself at home. A TV with standard channels has been installed.

Independent cottage with south-facing terrace

Self-contained 40 m2 cottage with 2 bedrooms, and furnished to host 4 adults + option to place a travel cot. The cottage is fully separated from our house and is located at the back of our garden. It has its own garden and its own separate entrance. The house is in a quiet dead end, yet close to local amenities, including buses and train stations to Versailles or Paris. Parking is free on-street and on nearby streets.

La Défense studio in the heart of a large garden

Charming 18 m2 studio, outbuilding of a very quiet house at the bottom of a large sunny garden with gazebo, 5 minutes from the La Défense district (Metro line 1, RER A, tram T2, Bus). Inside the accommodation, you will find all amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker with tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Breakfast Basket (pastries, baguette, jams etc...) on request and at an additional cost.

In Hauts de Rueils, near the racecourse and country club, 15 minutes from Paris Porte Maillot and Versailles. Small 20m2 house in a flowery garden, warm atmosphere and comfort, like a mountain chalet. Independent access. 1 bed 160x200, memory foam mattress, very comfortable hotel mattress topper; garden furniture. Equipped kitchenette. Please note platform error: 1 bed for 2, not 2 beds.

Friendly "guesthouse" (guest house) at the back of our small garden. With everything you need: kitchen, electric hobs, fridge, washer-dryer, desk, wifi, double bed, shower and toilet. All over two levels, 20 m². Linens, bathroom towels and linen included. To access it, you have to cross our garden. We have four children.
