At the gates of Queyras, Vars, Risoul, and Embrunais, its geographical location will give you access to an unlimited playground in summer and winter.

An equipped kitchenette, with the essentials included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your front porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. Nestled in the heart of the Alps in Villard-St-Pancarce, this atypical, warm and charming apartment is minutes from the slopes, near the center of Briançon, Serre Chevalier (15 min) and many other must-see places. You also have many beautiful walks to discover from the accommodation.

Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house. Accommodating a couple or small family, it is a quiet and sunny place, conducive to relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

A small well equipped Gite set over three floors which includes a main bedroom with a modern en suite shower room. The Gite is attached to the main house, high in the mountains of the Southern Alps. The ski stations Superdevoluy and La Joue du Loup are nearby aprox 20mins by car Very remote spot perfect for a mountain get away. If mountain trekking, ski de randonnee, snow shoeing. biking, climbing is your passion this is the place to be.
