Ground floor: TV lounge with a sofa bed (sleeps 2, comfort for 1), dining room for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. Basement: 37 m² storage/laundry room also equipped with a washing machine, shoe dryer, and tumble dryer. Top Wi-Fi, 6-pers. garden furniture on a large terrace. Private parking. Sheets, duvets, pillows, and towels are provided.

Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a break from time. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, in the middle of nature. At 800 m altitude, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

In a quiet and charming village in the Chamonix Valley, our chalet is south-facing with views of Mont Blanc. All mountain recreation is accessible in winter and summer within 15 minutes. The larch chalet has all modern comforts with its stove and the gentle warmth of underfloor heating. The modern kitchen is open to the warm and sunny living room. 4 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms with bathroom, 1 bedroom for 1 couple and 1 bedroom for 3 people.

Chalet Citron has the feel of remote private cabin, yet is just moments from central Chamonix. The panoramic views of Mont Blanc can be enjoyed right from the comfort of the living room or from the year around hot tub in the front garden. Ideally located on the edge of the forest, hiking trails and the ski piste in winter. It is also just next to the Brevent gondola (100m) and a 3-5 minute downhill walk into Chamonix town centre.
