Large apartment close to the city center

The apartment is on the 1st floor with access to a small terrace from the kitchen. Large and spacious living room room and kitchen. The kitchen has a sofa for group and the kitchen is used as a gathering point in everyday life, when we don't have visitors. We live on the second floor and have a Spanish water dog, so a bark and two will occur😊. Sokn Gard is located on an operating farm on the island Sokn, a 15 minutes drive from Stavanger, near Utstein Monastery. Sokn Gard is an ideal base to relax and explore the wonderful area of the Norwegian west coast. Day trip to Pulpit Rock or Kjerag possible. Our house features a modern kitchen and bathroom, and is surrounded by fields, animals and a coastal landscape. The house have AC Type 2 plug 7kW charging point for el. car.

The apartment is right at the end of the main street. Short distance to everything, but the house still has a garden at the back and parking at the property. Hot tub and large kitchen. A few minutes walk to the hospital (Helse Fonna) and HVL (the college), the pedestrian street in the city centre and the city's restaurant area on the quay.

Unikt, lite hus fra 1899 med plass til fem personer. Moderne, varmt og bekvemt, så vi beholder komforten, men gammelt nok til å beholde sjarmen. Det er bare ett hus mellom Laurentzes hus og kinoen. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.

The house is in a peaceful setting by the fjord surrounded by grazing animals. You can easily go fishing with the boat, go hiking or enjoy a quiet evening the hot tub. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå and it is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
