The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) with no lift. Free outdoor parking. Garage available: NOK 150 per day (fossil fuel) and NOK 200 per day (electric, including charging). Beach house on the waterfront, Flaskebekk, Nesodden.

Bathhouse on the west side of Nesodden with panoramic views of the inner Oslo fjord and sun until sunset. It is located at the south end of the boardwalk on Flaskebekk, which is Norway's longest row of bathhouses. Small private beach belongs to. Provided 2 sup boards, 2 sunbeds, 2 deckchairs, a small table, park barbecue. The bathhouse is intended for a day stay, but comes with 2 mattresses. There is no electricity, water or sewage, but it is equipped with water tanks and camping toilets. Water can be refilled 200 m away.
