The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) with no elevator. Free parking outside. Garage available: 150 kr/day (fossil fuel) and 200 kr/day (electricity incl. charging). Quiet and nice neighborhood on top of Oslo. Short distance to both bus and subway that takes you to the city center in about 13 minutes. About 30 minutes to walk to Barcode. Free parking in the streets. City views. The apartment is suitable for 1–2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. It has a full kitchen, tiled bathroom with a good shower and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. A good desk for home office on the go. A perfect place for those who want to stay near the city, but without the noise.

Cozy apartment next to the metro, with parking

Sit back and relax in this cozy place. Apartment of 55 sqm, with its own parking space. The subway station is only 1 min away, which takes you to the city center in 15 min. Grocery store (Coop Extra) only a few minutes walk, as well as Tveita center one station away. Spacious and comfortable, with a large glazed balcony with nice views. Østmarka is nearby.
