דירת חדר מרווחת במיקום מושלם במרכז העיר עם גישה נוחה לכל מקום - תחנת האוטובוסים המרכזית במרחק 2 דקות, רחוב הרצל, ככר העצמאות, שוק העיר, קניון השרון וחופי הים של נתניה - כולם במרחק הליכה, וגם כל הרחובות המרכזיים (סמילנסקי, שמואל הנציב, הרצל, שדרות בנימין). הדירה מוארת, מרווחות ונעימה מאוד ונמצאת בקומה 2 (אין מעלית). הרחוב שוקק במשך שעות היום, אבל חלונות הדירה לא בחזית ואין רעש. בשעות הערב הרחוב שקט מאוד. חניון מוזל משעה 14.00 נמצא ממול. הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך :) **אין מקלט (או ממ"ד) בבניין**

Located on the descent to the beach and 10-15 minutes walk from the "Kikar" you can be sure to have a wonderful holiday :) The place in NOT RENOVATED but well kept.
