No alcohol in the house 5. No loud parties or quarrels 6. Take care of the house 7. The reception desk is exclusively for the receptionist 8. The price is per person, not for the entire boarding house. The rooms are for 2 people. 9. The entire guesthouse is not rented, but the rooms.
