Quiet space in the country

Small addition to our house for out of town guests and family. Private entrance and isn’t connected to the rest of the house from inside, but above the room is our kids' bedroom. It has a little kitchen area with a water boiler microwave and fridge (no freezer). There’s a small bathroom with a shower and a queen bed all in 160 square feet,so a very tiny, tight space :) there’s a little porch area to hang out. We are off the beaten track in the woods. 12 Min to Callaway, right off 185 exit 30, 32

Our space is in a private wooded forest setting complete with a campfire , movie projector, and a full kitchen equipped with everything you need for a fun or romantic getaway! Studio styled open space that does have a futon for up to 4 people to stay.

Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

Enjoy a relaxing getaway only 30 minutes from Ft. Benning/Columbus area or 25 minutes from Auburn/Opelika area. Bring your boat or jet skis, there is a local boat ramp only minutes away and plenty of parking for trailers on the property. The home is nestled in a quiet slough just minutes from the long bridge. A local grocery store, pizza place and karaoke bar are only 5 minutes by car. Enjoy a drink while watching the sunset in the "Pirate" themed bar on top of the boathouse.

Mistical cabin in the woods near Callaway!

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.
