Furso - traditional country cottage for 6 guests

Furso is a traditional langhouse, used as a family home since at least the 17th century. It was used as a family home until the 60s and as a summer retreat until the late 80s-despite not having electricity or mains water until the 90s. It has been used as a holiday let since 2001 when it was sympathetically renovated. In the heart of the Scottish Highlands and directly on the NC500 route, is Borlum House Farm, a lovingly restored 1700’s farm house in the beautiful little village of Reay. This couples retreat is warm and cosy with an open plan living room with farmhouse style kitchen which is fully equipped and with all the modern necessities to make you feel at home!! A lovely modern bathroom with no only a power shower but a separate bath. Our Lodge and Annex are also available to book.
