The cabin is located a bit by itself in the old harbor garden at Heggerud, which has now been partially turned into a kitchen garden. En nyere leilighet med alt man trenger på Vinstra.Badekar, peisovn og velutstyrt kjøkken.Parkering ved huset, og gangavstand til sentrum og togstasjonen.God plass for et par nede i dobbelseng,sovesofaen i loftsstuen er bare 120 cm bred,så passer for 1-2 personer. Det er også en tresetersofa i loftsstua.Evt mulighet for å henge i hengekøya på balkongen i 2.etasje Tv uten ab, ligger hdmikabel klar om dere vil koble til pc. Sengetøy og håndklær koster 100kr pr pers,og blir betalt utenom døgnprisen.

Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.
