Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Salisbury within comfortable walking distance of Salisbury City Centre, the Market Square and the train station (where you’ll be able to visit neighbouring towns and cities as well as catch the tour bus to visit the iconic Stonehenge). From our home you will stroll into the medieval market Square through Fisherton Street which is packed with lots of unique and independent shops, restaurants and bars as well as the Fisherton Mill art gallery.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

River Forge is self contained detached accommodation directly on the River Avon overlooking fields, the Cathedral beyond and only a short walk to the city centre. Originally the Blacksmith's forge for the adjacent Rose and Crown inn, it has been superbly converted to provide single storey living space with open plan bedroom, lounge, dining and kitchen area with ensuite shower and toilet facilities. The house is situated within a private walled garden and the view looks across water meadows bordering the River Avon, towards the city's cathedral. The Tiny House is compact but perfectly designed to be cosy, (under floor heating and a log burner) comfortable and have everything you need for your stay.

Our 28sqm one bedroom apartments have everything you need for a short or extended stay in our city. A fully equipped kitchen, quiet bedroom with a kingsize bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle. There is the option to use the sofa bed in the living room. Daily housekeeping, and a welcome breakfast are also included. All our apartments are in our dedicated building and although the exact floor plans vary slightly, all have the same facilities and square footage.
