Welcome to Bench 170. Enjoy the privacy of the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with exclusive use of outdoor spaces. A delight for architecture enthusiasts and art lovers, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. Tucked into the forest canopy on Bowen Island, the Wildwood Cabins are authentic, hand crafted post and beam cabins built from local and reclaimed timber. Welcome to this Boho inspired home. You have the whole top floor of house, nestled on the peaceful shores of the ocean in Garden Bay. The bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, offering comfort and stunning views of the ocean. There is also a comfortable pull out couch. Step out on the deck to enjoy watching the bay, or a relaxing hot tub to unwind while enjoying the soothing ocean breeze. For the adventurers at heart, kayaks and paddle boards are available!

Cozy Coastal Cabin - Oceanfront Sunshine Coast

The Hideout

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.

Frolander Bay Resort - Tiny Cottages

*HOT TUB* This bnb is located on the back corner of our 2.5 acre property and has a bird's eye view of our chicken coop (don't worry, no crowing roosters, only hens). Our property is located only a quick 5 minute walk to Frolander Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive to the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal. This bnb is made up of 3 cottages - main, bathroom and flex room. Cozy 240 sq ft tiny cabin with all the essentials, including washer/dryer, small oven, fridge, and microwave. Features an indoor shower plus a seasonal outdoor shower (hot & cold, May–Sept). Nestled amongst the trees, relax and reset in this unique home where the curated interior mirrors the beauty of the nature surrounding it. The large sprawling deck allows you to peacefully soak in the views of the Sechelt Inlet. Or take a moment or three to appreciate the large arbutus tree etched across your sight line. Our place is easy to find, but hard to forget.
