Welcome to our Catskills Cabin Nature Oasis, where you'll enjoy an old-fashioned Catskills stay in comfort and privacy in the heart of Balsam Lake Mountain, surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty, right near the quaint village of Margaretville. SECONDS from hiking trails, and MINUTES from skiing, canoeing, kayaking, and Village shops and eateries, our cozy cabin is equipped with a dynamic kitchen, wood stove, wrap around deck, screened-in porch, grill, fire pit, heat/AC, Smart TV, & more!

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Element House - Off Grid Hideout

Unwind and reconnect with nature in this rustic and comfortable retreat nestled at the edge of a blueberry field. Surrounded by serene Catskills countryside, you’ll feel a world away, yet still be just minutes from outdoor activities, a thriving food scene, and Bethel Woods just 35 min away. Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

The home offers the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience. In the mornings/evenings, enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine from the private deck which overlooks pure nature (not a car, street or building in sight). During the day, take advantage of the local hiking, skiing, farmer's markets, restaurants and shopping.

Elevated into the Mountainside, Crow’s Nest looks out onto a spectacular view of the Catskill Mountain range of Belleayre. Grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from the back deck or bask in the glow of the sunset while relaxing in the hot tub or hammock. Welcome to Fox Ridge Chalet! Minimum age to book 21. A newly renovated, stylish log cabin nestled on 7 private acres above the village of Margaretville, in the heart of Catskills Park. Though the home is secluded, offering spectacular mountain views and total privacy, it’s just a three-minute drive to Margaretville’s restaurants, shops and galleries and under ten minutes to Belleayre Ski Resort as well many other local attractions.

Gingerbread House- a 1950s Catskills Chalet

Perched high among the trees, Gingerbread is a 1950’s Swiss chalet that sits on 4 acres. This is the house everyone slows down for, points and says ‘ that’s the house I would want Upstate’. Well ….she's taken. But I am so happy to welcome you as guests for a short period of time. Gingerbread comes with all the little touches making it feel like the perfect home away for a week, weekend or however long you can escape your regular life.
