The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

Kelohonk Cottage Kuksa

Kelom Cottage Kuksa, a nature-loving cabin on the shore of the Tapo River. Running water, indoor toilet, electric heating, wood stove, and wifi at your disposal. A short drive from Ylläs ski slopes and other services. Fishing spots, berry picking terrain, and ski trails are all nearby. In the summer, you can take a dip in the river in the backyard, there are duck trees to the shore from the cottage. 200m from Äkäsjoki, 15min drive away, one of the best salmon rivers in Europe, Tornio River. A new unique, atmospheric semi-detached cottage was completed for Christmas 2023. Äkäsvilla is a log cabin for quality-conscious holidaymakers in the new Röhkömukanmaa area in Äkäslompolo. The cottage accommodates 6 guests. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of ski trails, slopes and nature trails. From the large windows of the living room/kitchen, you can admire the mountain landscape and see the starry sky and the northern lights in the evenings. Distance to the slopes 1.4 km. Vanha-Seppälä

Built in 1965, the house (3 rooms, kitchen, sauna, toilet) is located in Finnish Lapland in the natural and peaceful village of Kaukonen near Kittilä. Kaukosa is home to the famous Särestöniemi Art Museum. At Villa Magia, you can admire ceramics, unique clothes, and jewelry. In early June, Kaukos hosts the Silence Festival. Near Yllästunturi, Lainio has Snow Village, a snow village and hotel. The distance from the property is 40 km (35 min) to Levitunturi, 26 km to Yllästunturi and 20 km to Snow Village.

Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Forest Ranger's House–Authentic Lappish atmosphere

House is located 5 km from the center of Äkäslompolo in the beautiful Lapland countryside and belongs to the Kuoppa´s farm. Here you can experience the authentic Lapland atmosphere. The house has an area of 127 square meter and can accommodate six people. It is best suited for 1-2 couples, a family, or a small group of friends. For an additional fee and advance booking, we offer breakfast at Cafe & Butik for €15/person and traditional reindeer roast from our own kitchen for €25/person.

Villa Äkäsjoensuu

An atmospheric log cabin by the River Äkäsjoki. From the windows of the cottage, you can follow the flowing river, which is less than 20 meters away. You can go swimming after the sauna without worrying about the neighbors. This cabin accommodates 7 people at its best, but works best with less than six people. Downstairs there's a hallway, a kitchen-living room with a great fireplace, a sauna, a bathroom, a toilet, and a bedroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each overlooking nature.

This cosy cabin is nestled in the Pallas–Yllästunturi National Park - Lapland's true wilderness, surrounded by peaceful forests, lakes, and fjells. It’s the perfect place to experience authentic Finnish culture, away from the larger resorts and crowds of Levi or Rovaniemi for example. We are only a 25-minute drive from Äkäslompolo village and 45 minutes from Kittilä Airport. Here, you’ll enjoy dark skies, privacy, comfort, and the natural beauty of Lapland in every season.

Ylläs-Ukko

Completed in the spring of 2024, the villa is located in a quiet location close to Äkäslompolo's services and activities. Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.
