Our air conditioned rooms are close to a hiking path to Anini Beach, walking distance to Princeville shopping center, restaurants, park and library. You’ll love our place because of its central location to the outdoor hiking and ocean activities on the North Shore of Kauai. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers. business travelers. Because we are close to the entrance road into the resort community there may be some road noise occasionally.
“We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It was great to have an A/C and a fan for the warm nights. We were happy to have a fridge and a freezer, kitchen utensils and also a microwave. It was super helpful that a lot of towels were available for beach days! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Glenn and Mary’s Airbnb. The directions were really clear and they are amazing hosts. It was easy to reach out to them if questions came up and they were really helpful.”
This Beautiful, newly remodeled suite is located on Kauai's lush romantic North shore. Enjoy the breath taking views, world class hiking and snorkeling from this central North shore location. It is more than just a vacation home, it's paradise!
“Teddy's condo is clean, comfortable and well-equipped! The bed is large and super-comfy. The bathroom is also a good size for a small condo and very nice with a large tiled shower. There are beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear and all sorts of other great touches. The kitchen is small but very usable. Teddy provides soap, towels, sponges and everything you need to live comfortably. Plenty of dishware, silverware, glasses and mugs. There is an outdoor community BBQ grill that we used almost every night to cook local fish. We had a few questions while we stayed and Teddy always responded right away and resolved our issues perfectly. The Princeville location is a perfect home base for exploring the island. The supermarket is only a mile or so away and has everything you could need. There are several awesome local beaches just a few miles away but not within walking distance. But do check out the lawn in front of the St Regis hotel for nightly sunsets. They are epic and a short walk from the condo. There are botanical gardens and hiking right in Princeville that are easy to find, fun and beautiful .Check out the 3-hour tour of the Princeville botanical garden, it is amazing. In terms of downsides there was some noise from the neighbors during the day a few times that did not bother us. Of course, not something that Teddy has control over. It was very quiet each night we were there and we slept very well. The lack of a stove and washer/dryer were not deal breakers but did require some creativity. There is a laundromat in Kapa'a town a few miles away and we were able to get all of our clothes done in about an hour. We were able to use the microwave to cook eggs in an omelette maker we found in the cupboards and that worked very well. There is also a toaster so making breakfast was not too hard. And of course the BBQ was great for hamburger lunches and local fish dinners. Overall a great place to stay. We loved it. Aloha and Mahalo Teddy!”

“My husband and I loved staying at Teddy’s place in the North shore for our first trip to Kauai. It’s not a huge place, but the space is used and decorated well and it’s perfect for two people. We loved sleeping and waking up to the jungle sounds and views. His recommendations for beaches, activities, and restaurants were super helpful. Also the use of the beach chairs and beach towels were clutch! Mahalo Teddy! Tips: Don’t miss breakfast / sunset at the Princeville Resort Makena Terrace- the best view ever! Good breakfast food and we were treated to about 5 rainbows the first morning. We went to the local Foodland a couple of times to stock up on waters, snacks, bagels, etc and ate out twice each day. Hanalei has lots of great restaurants to choose from, and we liked Hanalei Bay beach and Anini beach the most. The Na Pali Coast is spectacular, make sure to book a boat or helicopter tour to see it. If you go in the winter it certainly might rain a lot but keep a rain jacket near and it’s whale season, so that’s a major consolation! We saw so many whales on our Capt Andy’s sail to Na Pali coast. Truly spectacular!”
