Very cosy cottage in an idyllic location. Here, you can enjoy views of the river and stunning scenery. It also has Ballbinge and the Setesdal Ski Lift nearby. The cabin is located just 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It’s 100 metres from Cycle Route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Cabin by the lake, with its own jetty and boat

The cabin has a large jetty on the downhill side of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea bathing temperature in Norway (Reiseradioen). It's a short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope at the front, but it is fenced. There is a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV form. Enclosed terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, 2 bedrooms with double beds.

Here you are the closest neighbor to Fiskebrygga and the cultural attractions Kunstsilo and Kilden. From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning swim, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, a climbing park and a new park area with playground equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Holiday apartment with jetty. 7 minutes to the zoo.

Combine a vacation by the sea with a visit to Dyreparken. Great for family and grandparents. The apartment is 100 m2 and is on the 2nd floor of our house with its own entrance. Own private part of the jetty with furniture and 3 sun loungers. Swimming right from the dock or a 3-minute walk to small beaches in the area. Nice playground right by the house. Hamresanden with a great beach is only a 5-minute drive away. 12 minutes walk to the bus. Guests must bring bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels. Parking is just outside.

There is a golf course in Tveit, 15 minutes by car. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop where buses run regularly. There are great hiking trails and a beautiful freshwater in the area. The apartment: 2 bedrooms with double beds in both rooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Terrace with garden furniture and sun from morning to evening. One of the people who will be staying in the apartment must be 45 years old as it is the rule to be able to stay in these apartments.
