Amazing Lake View, Only 200m to Butler Beach!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 4 bdr & 2 full baths on main level with well appointed kitchen. Lower level has 2nd master suite with jack & jill style bathroom and connecting kids room with secondary family room and well appointed bar/kitchenette with beautiful lake view and walk out basement to the spacious backyard and garden area. This setup is like having two houses in one! And best of all, it is just 200m from Butler Beach, which has a paid lifeguard in July/August.
