***Perfekt für Städtetour*** Das Dachgeschoss eines über 100 Jahre alten Hauses wurde 2024 kernsaniert. Trotzdem wurde in liebevoller Detailarbeit, der Charme der Jahre erhalten. 2km zum Flughafen (kein Fluglärm!) 200m zur U-Bahn 500m zur S-Bahn 60m zum Alsterwanderweg 500m zur Einkaufsstraße Nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 10 Jahren.

The house is located at the Niendorf Markt with all shopping facilitys and a nice little pedestrian zone. Beautifully you can walk along a river in the city.
