The property consists of a main cabin with living room, kitchen and bedroom/bathroom, guest cabin with double bed and newly renovated bathroom with toilet and floor heating. Outbuilding for tools and equipment, as well as a large flat plot of over 1 acre with grass. 2 large terraces equipped with garden furniture, gas grill and pizza oven. The cabin has its own beach plot 100 meters from the bathing area, jetty and buoy for boat.

The place is located 2 km from Gåsbu ski arena and there are prepared slopes in a wide area. Otherwise, it is about 15 km from Hamar city. The cabin is newly built, and decorated in delicious colors, with tasteful interiors. Bed linen and towels must be brought. Pets are welcome. No smoking. Cleaning yourself, alternatively extra NOK 1800 for cleaning. When using firewood: NOK 140/sack. Electricity: We reserve the right to a surcharge in price in case of high electricity prices and high consumption. If you need to charge your car, the price is agreed with the host.

Here you can not only experience life in a tree top cabin, but you can also visit the nice animals we have on our farm. We also sell meat from the farm that can be delivered to the cabin and grilled at your private gapahuk by a cozy pond. Here the children can swim and use the rowboat. There are also nice hiking trails for walking, skiing and cycling.

Helt ny hytte med god plass og ski inn/ut til alpinbakke. Nærmeste nabo til slalombakke og gode langrennsløyper i Birkenriket på vinteren. Høst, sommer og vår er det nydelige turmuligheter med blant annet to gapahuker (hvor det er ved til bålpanne) innen kort gangavstand fra hytte.
