Idyllic and newly renovated summer cottage/property just outside Hamar is rented out during the summer period for orderly people. Minimum rent 3 days. The property consists of a main cabin with living room, kitchen and bedroom/bathroom, guest cabin with double bed and newly renovated bathroom with toilet and floor heating. Outbuilding for tools and equipment, as well as a large flat plot of over 1 acre with grass. 2 large terraces equipped with garden furniture, gas grill and pizza oven. The cabin has its own beach plot 100 meters from the bathing area, jetty and buoy for boat.

🌲 Year-round experience at Budor During winter, the ski tracks start just 20 meters from the cabin door, with access to a total of 300 km of groomed tracks. The downhill skiing slope is just a 3-minute drive away. Summer and fall offer great biking opportunities and hiking trails in beautiful nature. For the children, there is a popular pump track, and on hot days, you can take a refreshing dip in the Koie Valley. Also, make the trip to Korpereiret – often called “Løten's Grand Canyon” – for a unique nature experience. Here, you get the best of all seasons 🌿❄️

The cabin is newly built, and decorated in delicious colors, with tasteful interiors. The cabin has a great patio with outdoor furniture and a fire pit, so you get the opportunity for real relaxation in these surroundings topped with views of the village. And 15 km to Hamar and Mjøsa

Bed linen and towels must be brought. Pets are welcome. No smoking. Cleaning yourself, alternatively extra NOK 1800 for cleaning. When using firewood: NOK 140/sack. Electricity: We reserve the right to a surcharge in price in case of high electricity prices and high consumption. If you need to charge your car, the price is agreed with the host.

We have a total of 6 bedrooms in the house, plus an annex that can be rented for an additional fee. We adjust access to the number of bedrooms by how many people you are renting.

Short distance to Gåsbu and the entrance to Hedmarksvidda's beautiful nature, with fishing and hiking opportunities in the summer as well as great cross-country ski trails in the winter! 10 minutes drive to Hamar city center.
