It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. And a large full size refrigerator downstairs. Private full bathroom inside of the suite! You will enjoy this one of the kind privacy stay! Thank you for your business!

Only One (1) Guest is permitted at the property, No children No pets. Breaking the rules will mean forfeiture of your funds and immediate removal from the property. The property includes total privacy, large kitchen, den, dinette and bathroom. Private driveway with coded private entrance, Arlo Security, Wi-Fi.

This beautiful home is family friendly and definitely perfect for hot Texas weather! The backyard has a cool swimming pool with a back netted patio. The large fenced yard is perfect for your pets. Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. There is plenty of seating for large groups too. House even has a double car garage. Check out my reviews at my other places as this is brand new! Many restaurants, retail stores and a mall nearby. (However no parties and no large gatherings allowed)

Enjoy your time at this adorable, private, beautiful oasis, tucked away & surrounded by gorgeous crape myrtle’s, with an outdoor fire pit & seating area, amazing Texas sunsets from the front yard, and twinkles from the stars in the backyard! The ultimate getaway! Walk across the street to Inspiration Point with some of the best hiking trails in the DFW area. Location is 10/10 and the coziness of the hand picked furnishings and decor make this an unbeatable stay!

Ann’s cozy guesthouse with pool view near TCU

Peaceful, centrally-located guesthouse located in a historic area (Ryan Place) with beautiful houses and sidewalks for exploring the area on foot. Close to the hospital district, Magnolia Ave, TCU and more . It’s just a short drive/Uber to Dickie’s Arena, downtown, and our amazing museum district. Located above a garage so you will need to be able to climb stairs. Kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig/pods and toaster. Cool off in the shaded pool. Wifi and fireplace too!

Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.
