The natural location provides peace and quiet while it is only 600 meters to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

The apartment is directly above a restaurant/nightclub, which means loud noises during opening hours.

Here you live perfectly if you want to visit the cranes at Hornborgasjön, historic Varnhem or the thriving Vallebygden. Lilla Lilleskog is also a great place to stay when you want to visit Skara Sommarland 7 km away. Hiking trails and swimming lakes are within easy distance. On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

The house is located in Eggby, about 10 minutes' drive to Axevalla racecourse, Skara summerland, Varnhem monastery church and Hornborgasjön. Walking distance to swimming and proximity to nature and bike trails. 300 meters to a 24/7 store. There is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 child's bed. Bring your own hygiene items, sheets and towels. Pets allowed. Smoking inside not allowed.

Welcome to this great place with lots of room both inside and out. The cottage is a wing building to our residential house on our property. In the large garden, there is a barbecue area, swings and a playhouse as well as a pond. The cottage is within walking distance of a nature reserve with hiking trails. Also nearby are Hornborgasjön, Skara summerland, historic Varnhem, Grevagården's equestrian center, etc.
