The apartment is located on the first floor, small staircase up to the entrance, seven steps. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

This special place is close to everything. There is a private patio in a secluded courtyard in the middle of the lively neighborhood Linné where you have the city's best restaurants just around the corner. The area has a great cultural offer and very good communications with tram junction within 300 meters and 15-minute walk to the city center or Slottskogen. The apartment is newly built and has all the amenities you can expect, such as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, double bed and sofa bed (both 160 cm).

Welcome up to the sixth floor, and warmly welcome into a square-smart home with a completely unique design and shared roof terrace. In Gothenburg, Tredje Långgatan is known for its lively cultural, shopping, bar, and restaurant life. Here you also have proximity to nature in the Castle Forest and the Botanical Garden. By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away. This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by the ferry (12 min) that leaves 100m from the house. Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

Restaurant street 100 meters away. The house is brand new and is located on a quiet street. The view from the apartment is magnificent!
