The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

New modern year-round cottage with all amenities located scenic right on Murtejønn. Sunny and undisturbed patio. Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid. Smart TV, fibre and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for home offices. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located on its own on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

Only 15 kilometers from Kristiansand City Here you can sit and listen to nature and when evening comes, only the moon and stars will light up for you! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable place to stay. The cabin is located by the water, there are two canoes and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Peaceful area with great hiking areas just outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of the beach and docks. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.
