The cottage is located on a beautiful natural plot, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping area and the playground. Cozy house on a large plot in rural surroundings, the house was renovated in 2019, appears bright and welcoming. The house contains a large living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back room and entrance. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and on the landing there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workplace. The house is located on a large natural plot with the possibility of outdoor activities, a nice enclosed terrace, and good parking on a large gravel paved courtyard.

I dag er gården beboet af Eva og Niels, papegøjerne, hundene, de islandske heste, hønsene og kattene Alicia og Matrosky. Naturen omkring gården inviterer til gode gå- og rideture. Haven er et godt sted for børn, med god plads til leg på gynger, basketball og trampolin. Gården er økologisk.

Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.
