Our house, which we designed in the concept of a 1+1 boutique villa built in February 2024, is 12 km (10 minutes) from the city center. Erciyes ski resort Hacılar is 7 km (10 minutes) away. It has a 250 square meter garden. Heat and sound insulation is available. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. It has its own parking lot. It is carefully designed for families of 4-5 people to stay comfortably. It is also suitable for those who have difficulty walking. There is no Wi-Fi✖️ NOTE: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED🚫

Our house is 9 minutes away from Erciyes, 5 minutes away from the city center and 50 minutes away from Cappadocia. It is 19 minutes from the airport. You can meet your needs such as grocery stores, etc. Our house has fiber internet, laundry, dishwasher dryer, built-in oven and stove, hair dryer, camera and alarm system, natural gas and smoke detectors, combi boiler, 24/7 hot water, 2 TVs, stone oven and barbecue in the garden, fire pit, and its own parking lot. The home has a modern and stylish design.

You can enjoy the fun with the whole family in this wonderful place. I offer the upper floor of my 2-storey detached house, which is 15 minutes from the Erciyes Mountain ski resort and 5 minutes from Ali Mountain. It is surrounded by peaceful, quiet nature with clean air and water. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room and can accommodate up to 7 people in my 200 m2 house.
