Large cottage-style bungalow situated in Rosslare Strand within walking distance of the renowned Blue Flag Beach and Railway Station. It has a large conservatory with built-in bar, 2 open fireplaces, 65" flat screen TV, FREE wifi, large BBQ, 2 patios with L shape sofa, 8 seater table + sandpit.

It is set behind electronic gates and has a fabulous sunny aspect with extensive patio areas to both the front and rear, suited to families and mixed family groups, with a maximum of 6 adults recommended

WiFi Router Policy: Enjoy complimentary WiFi. Unplugging the router disrupts network and setup, incurring a €100 technician fee for restoration. Please refrain from unplugging during your stay. Booking implies acceptance

As a business professional I am busy during the week but also very relaxed. I like travelling abroad, staying fit and competing in endurance events. I also enjoy snowboarding in the winter. This sunny south east property has been newly upgraded and is a great place for entertaining all members of a family looking for a great holiday location near the beach.
