Located in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Cork city, this apartment is just a few minutes (hilly) walk or a short taxi ride from Cork city centre. it has recently been completely renovated to be a modern, comfortable space to hang out, work or use a base for visiting Cork city and county.
The apartment is located on the ground floor with its own private access. There is also ample parking, 500 Mbps wifi broadband, TV.

The space
The property consists of one main kitchen / living area with a TV that comes with regular Irish and British channels, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime (you'll need your own accounts to use the streaming services). The kitchen contains a fridge, oven / grill, microwave and washer / dryer.
In the bedroom, there's a double-bed with storage and a wardrobe for storage.
There is also further storage available in the hot press / cupboard in the hallway outside the bathroom.
Finally, there is the bathroom with electric shower and usual facilities
All rooms have been recently renovated, so are in great condition.
Also available is free fast 500 Mbps fibre broadband - more than enough for work and leisure.

Guest Numbers: The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 guests only, additional guests are not allowed to sleep over. The sofa is not a sofa bed and should not be used as one.
